Monitor

Monitor is a payment method by which we can pay. In this section, we can do some general settings for the Monitor payment method of the ScanEZ application. Let’s discuss this section in detail.

📘 Configuration

A step-by-step guide for the configuration of the Monitor payment method

Server

Here we have to enter our IP address. The format of entering the IP address is: “https://your IP address:8082”. We have to enter our IP address with the port number.

Identifier

Here we have to enter our IP address.

Terminal Name

Enter the terminal name.

Pricing model database number

Enter the right name of the pricing model as we entered it in the monitor admin panel.

Price code

Enter the price code.

Login Type

Using this dropdown, we can select either “card swipe” or “barcode” for login.

Card swipe start bit

Here we must enter starting bit i.e. a special character for starting bit.

Card swipe end bit

Here we must enter the ending bit i.e. a special character for the ending bit.

Barcode start bit

Here we must enter starting bit i.e. a special character for starting bit.

Barcode end bit

Here we must enter the ending bit i.e. a special character for the ending bit.

Back and Save button

We can save our settings using the “Save” button.

We can go back to our home page using the “Back” button.
