Options

In this section, we can configure format settings for the ScanEZ application. Let’s discuss this section in detail.

The format that features can output can be chosen here.

The default format selected for the feature can be selected under Default Format. We can change this default format at the time of scanning the documents.

Here we choose, which feature will give output in which feature. If we selected email service, then we have multiple output formats available in which we can get our output.

In this section, we have 7 format options which are as follows:

1. PDF

2. SPDF

3. WORD

4. JPEG

5. TIFF

6. PNG

7. HTML

Manual Format Selection

For each service, there are 7 formats available(not for all). We can check the checkbox of the format which we want to include. The unchecked format will not be available on the scan setting page.

Default Format Selection

For each service, there are 7 formats available(not for all). We can select the default format which will be auto-selected on the scan setting page. We can change this format on the scan setting page.

There are some services for which every format is not available, some of which are:

1. Smartphone.

2. Illiad.

3. Restore.

Back and Save button

We can save our settings using the “Save” button.

We can go back to our home page using the “Back” button.

Please do not change any settings unless advised.
