Copy
In this section, we will configure/modify the Copy service settings of the ScanEz application. Let’s discuss this section in detail.
By default, ScanEz will use the default printer and its setting that are set in Windows.
To specify different printers first add them into Windows then set the printer names here
Different printers can be added per color set.
In this section, there are 3 pages:

Page 1
Enable multiple printers
We can enable or disable options for multiple printers using this dropdown.
Color Printer name
A custom name for the color printer can be set here.
Color Printer Port
A custom port for the color printer can be set here.
Grayscale Printer name
A custom name for the grayscale printer can be set here.
Grayscale Printer Port
A custom port for the grayscale printer can be set here.
BlackWhite Printer name
A custom name for the blackwhite printer can be set here.
BlackWhite Printer Port
A custom port for the blackwhite printer can be set here.
Print Resolutions
We must have to add print resolution here.
Duplex Orientation
We can select our orientation using this dropdown. We have two options:
Vertical
Horizontal
Print Job information
We can enable or disable the printing of job information.
Print Confirmation
We can enable or disable the confirmation screen which appears just before printing showing and asking for confirmation “Cancel” “Ok” showing the Total number of Pages to Print.
Print Job input
We can select the print job input here. We have two options.

Pricing
We can enable or disable the pricing for print service.
Page 2
Letter
Using this dropdown, we can enable or disable the Letter page size format.
LetterXRes
A custom X-axis resolution was added for the Letter page size format.
LetterYRes
A custom Y-axis resolution was added for the Letter page size format.
Legal
Using this dropdown, we can enable or disable the Legal page size format.
LegalXRes
A custom X-axis resolution was added for the Legal page size format.
LegalYRes
A custom Y-axis resolution was added for the Legal page size format.
Ledger
Using this dropdown, we can enable or disable the Ledger page size format.
LedgerXRes
A custom X-axis resolution was added for the Ledger page size format.
LedgerYRes

A4
Using this dropdown, we can enable or disable the A4 page size format.
A4XRes
A custom X-axis resolution was added for the A4 page size format.

A3
Using this dropdown, we can enable or disable the A3 page size format.

From this dropdown, we can select the default page size. We have 5 different options:

From this dropdown, we can select the default resize. We have 2 options here
Actual Size
Fit to Page
Fit to Page
We can enable or disable the Fit to Page option using this dropdown.
Actual size
We can enable or disable the actual size option using this dropdown.
Default side
From this dropdown, we can select the default side. We have two options:
One Side
Two Side
One Side
We can enable or disable the One Side option using this dropdown.
Two Side
We can enable or disable the Two Side option using this dropdown.
Page 3
Print Rotated
We can enable or disable the Print Rotated option using this dropdown.
Reduce Actual Size by
We can add a custom percentage value by which we can reduce actual size by.
Full page images only
We can enable or disable full page images only using this checkbox.
Tabloid Options
We can select tabloid options using this dropdown. We have two options:
1) DMPAPER_TABLOID
2) DMPAPER_11X17
Card Swipe start bit
A custom start bit will be added here.
Card Swipe end bit
A custom end bit will be added here.
Back and Save button
We can save our settings using the “Save” button.
We can go back to our home page using the “Back” button.
